Minseok Kang’s *Ice Cream* series expresses eternally unfading memories through imaginative ice cream forms. These sculptural works are made by collecting leftover acrylic paint fragments from his paintings and transforming them into imagined ice cream shapes, which are then sealed with resin to ensure permanent preservation.
