Minseok Kang’s solo exhibition “Red Line” at Gallery UP explores the expansion of the inner self. Inspired by the instant a car reaches its redline, the works portray emotions suspended between fear of the future and the start of something new. The two automobiles reflect layered aspects of the artist’s identity—similar yet different—while distorted speed and fragmented trails express pressure, uncertainty, and the desire to push beyond limits.
